Board Meetings
Board Meeting are regularly scheduled the third Monday of each month pending no changes or special circumstances. Meetings are open to the public.  For a complete listing of board meetings please select calendar from the top left side of our website. If you would like to be put on the agenda please contact the superintendent's office at (618) 658-4461 x 202.

Mandatory Board Training
Each Illinois board of education member who is elected or appointed to fill a vacancy of at least one year's duration must receive professional development leadership training (PDLT) and Open Meetings Act (OMA) training. Mandatory training is also required upon Performance Evaluation Reform Act implementation in each school district. For additional information, see Board policy 2:120, Board Member Development.

Elections
Elections for the board of education are handled by county clerks. Vienna HSD 13-3 has property in Johnson, Massac, Union, and Williamson Counties with the main county being Johnson. Those interested in running for the board of education need to contact the county clerks.

Vacancies
The school district currently has no board vacancies.
